Hello! I’m Lynda
LPC-Supervisor
Welcome to Next Level LPC!
About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, a clinical leader, and a healthcare system insider. Over my career, I’ve worked across hospital systems, nonprofits, residential treatment, corporate behavioral health, and private practice. Today, alongside my supervision work, I serve as a behavioral health subject matter expert and utilization reviewer for a major insurance organization.
What does that mean for you? It means I know exactly how healthcare systems evaluate clinical documentation, medical necessity, and treatment planning in the real world.
I chose to focus my practice on LPC Associate supervision after seeing too many talented clinicians left without the meaningful mentorship, ethics, and support they deserve. You’ve worked too hard for your degree to lose your momentum to poor guidance or clinical isolation.
My goal is to give you a massive professional advantage. Together, we won’t just talk about therapy techniques; we will dive into the systemic realities of behavioral healthcare—from diagnostic accuracy and measurable goals to risk management and professional accountability.
If you are looking for Texas LPC Associate supervision, you deserve more than just a signature on a log sheet. You deserve a champion, a mentor, and an advocate who is deeply invested in your long-term success.
Your license, your reputation, and your future career matter. I may be your supervisor today, but I am training you to be my colleague tomorrow.
Let’s build your future together.
Honestly, I love my job!

Grounded in the Integrative Developmental Model (IDM), Our work together will dynamically adapt to your current stage of practice, ensuring you receive the perfect balance of structured guidance early on and increasing clinical autonomy as you advance.
To give you a well-rounded professional edge, I integrate this with the Common Factors Discrimination Model (CFDM). This framework allows me to fluidly shift between three essential roles depending on what your cases and professional growth demand in the moment.
By focusing on the common factors of effective therapy, we ensure you build a versatile foundation. Supervision is an active partnership, and I am entirely committed to providing the competent, ethical, and empowering mentorship you deserve to confidently transition from an associate to an independent colleague.
